Cross Country: 12 Gryphons Recognized as OUA Announces Major Award Winners & All-StarsPublished by
 Burlington, ON - On Tuesday (November 10) the OUA announced the major award winners and All-Stars for Cross Country with a total of 12 Gryphons receiving recognition. Danielle Jossinet and Benjamin Workman take home OUA Rookie of the Year honours after being the first rookies to cross the line at the OUA Championships back on October 31. Heading into the race, first-year Guelph Gryphon Danielle Jossinet (Cobourg, Ont.) was strongly considered one of the contenders to be named Women's Rookie of the Year once the dust had settled. Jossinet, a double medalist at the Ontario High School championship last year, did not disappoint finishing the 6km race 10th overall in 21:05.2.
