Anthony Rotich runs ... striding smoothly, easily through the fields, the wind cooling his face, the joy of it almost bubbling to the surface.

Like so many, Rotich loves to run. He loves to run for competition, he loves to run just to run and he can even enjoy running down an antelope.

Unlike most, he is deadly good at it; world class good at it.

The UTEP sophomore from Kenya will be running Saturday in Terre Haute, Ind., running for an NCAA Championship. A year ago, as a freshman, he finished fourth in these championships.
