Valley Christian's Westin Madden took home the individual boys title in the Class 1B race in 16 minutes, 13.8 seconds, leading the Panthers to win the team title scoring 23 points at the Washington Cross Country State Championships at the Sun Willow Golf Course in Pasco, Wash. on Saturday.
