WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University women's cross country team enters the 2014 season ranked No. 5 in the nation, while the Hoya men's team is ranked No. 29 in the preseason coaches' poll released by the U.S. Track & Field and Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). The national poll ranked the Georgetown women fifth in the country with 311 points, behind Michigan (342), Oregon (330), Florida State (316) and Stanford (314).
